Terms and Conditions for InsightsReward Panel Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you become a panel member with InsightsReward, you acknowledge that you will comply and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Panel Member") and InsightsReward (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). If you disagree with any of these terms, then you are prohibited from accessing our services.

We retain our right to update or amend these terms and conditions at our discretion, on a regular basis. Updates will be notified by e-mail or within the site, and your acceptance of updated terms and conditions will be indicated by continued participation on the panel after amendments have been made.

2. Eligibility and Registration

A. Eligibility Criteria:

To be able to join the InsightsReward panel you must:

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in your country or jurisdiction as applicable. If under age 18, you are required to provide consent from parents or legal guardians agreeing to your participation.

Geographic Availability: You must reside in a country where InsightsReward operates. Currently, our platform supports panel members from various countries, though restrictions may apply based on your location or regulations.

Accurate Information: During the registration process, you must provide truthful and accurate personal details, including your name, age, email address, demographic information, and any other required information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in account termination.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted only one InsightsReward account. Creating multiple accounts may lead to loss of eligibility, along with forfeiture of rewards or points earned.

3. Responsibilities of Panel Members

Accurate and Truthful Responses: You agree to deliver accurate, truthful, and complete answers to surveys and other research activities. We are free to monitor, evaluate, and audit your answers to determine consistency and authenticity. Should we discover that you delivered false or misleading information, we may cancel your account and forfeit rewards.

Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by InsightsReward and its clients. This includes survey data, market insights, or any other proprietary materials you may encounter while participating.

Profile Management: As a panel member, it is your responsibility to update your profile with the most current information. Should you change any personal details, such as your address, email, or preferences, it is your responsibility to update us immediately.

Security and Account Protection: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any unauthorized access to your account, whether by yourself or third parties, is your responsibility. InsightsReward will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

Fair Participation: You also agree not to manipulate or try to abuse the survey system. This includes attempting to answer surveys inaccurately to receive rewards without honest participation.

4. Rewards System

Earning Points: You will earn points for each activity or survey that you complete. The number of points assigned will depend on the length, complexity, and value of the survey. We aim to provide competitive points for every engagement.

Rewards Available: Points earned by participating in activities or completing surveys can be redeemed for rewards such as:

Redemption Process: You can redeem rewards if you have at least 500 points. Once you reach that threshold, you can redeem them through any available method on the site. Rewards are typically processed and sent within 10 business days after requesting redemption.

Point Expiration: Points will expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed. Be sure to redeem your points before the expiration date to avoid losing them.

5. Participation in Surveys

Survey Invitations: As a panel member, you will receive survey invitations through email or notifications. Surveys are selected based on your profile and the research needs of our clients.

Survey Deadlines: Some surveys may have deadlines. To earn points, you must complete these surveys on time.

Incentive Structure: Incentives vary based on the length and complexity of the survey. Longer and more complex surveys typically offer more points.

Targeted Surveys: You may receive invitations to targeted surveys customized based on your demographics or interests. Participation in these surveys may provide exclusive rewards or higher points.

6. Termination of Membership

InsightsReward reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fraudulent activities such as providing inaccurate data, manipulating responses, or violating any other terms of the agreement.

Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one account to exploit rewards or bypass our system.

Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including rules on confidentiality, honesty, and survey participation.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than six months may be suspended.

At termination, you will lose any earned points or rewards. Account termination will be communicated via email.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collected: InsightsReward gathers personal and demographic information during sign-up and participation in surveys. This ensures relevant survey invitations and participation in the research process.

Use of Data: Your information will only be used for market research and to contact you for surveys, incentives, and other panel news. Personal data is not shared with third parties for revenue purposes.

Data Security: Data protection is implemented using advanced security technology such as encryption and firewalls. However, no security system is completely secure, and you use the platform at your own risk.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.

Third-Party Services: If you redeem rewards through third-party services (e.g., PayPal), note that they have their own privacy policies and terms of service. These third parties are responsible for their practices.

GDPR and CCPA Compliance: InsightsReward complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.
